HealthLinc House in Welton near Lincoln provides specialised care for adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

Further to continued expansion of our facilities, we are seeking to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic staff to support our existing team.

We have on-going recruitment for the following positions:

Qualified Nurses RNLD RMN £11.93 - £12.24 per hour

(Full/Part time and Bank hours available)

You will form part of the multi disciplinary team providing leadership and support to the care teams to ensure the highest level of care delivery at all times.

You will work closely with the in house Psychiatrists and Psychologists to develop effective care programmes and play a key role in the CPA process. You will be involved in the training and development of care staff and offer peer support to your nursing colleagues.

(Full / Part time / Night and Bank hours available)

As a care assistant it will be your responsibility to act as a positive role model for our patients, motivating and encouraging them in all aspects of daily living, including educational and behavioural support programmes and recreational activities.
